Xilisoft DVD Ripper Platinum 7.3.0

Xilisoft DVD Ripper Platinum is a DVD ripper program developed by Xilisoft. It is used for converting DVD files into other supported formats including ASF, AVI, MKV, MOV, and more. This program is just one of the available editions of the Xilisoft DVD Ripper. Aside from the Platinum edition, the other available editions are the Standard and Ultimate versions.

The program provides several DVD ripping abilities. Aside from ripping DVDs to various formats, it is also capable of ripping DVD soundtracks and converting it to audio formats. Taking snapshots, ripping DVDs to various multimedia devices, and transferring files to different devices are also possible. Xilisoft DVD Ripper Platinum offers DVD editing tools as well. These include clipping the DVD file into several segments, merging chapters and titles, splitting chapters and titles, splitting by file size or time, and setting the start and end time. Users may choose from different profiles and options as well. The program  also offers various settings for the conversion process (i.e. multithreading, batch conversion, optimization for ATI APP and NVIDIA CUDA, and others.

The following are features not available in the Platinum version of Xilisoft DVD Ripper. These features are present in the Ultimate edition only.

• Cropping video, adding/adjusting watermarks and subtitles, and editing of video effects
• Adding/setting several subtitles and soundtracks simultaneously
• Picture settings (capture interval and picture quality)
• Previewing videos which have been customized
