WinISO

WinISO Computing Inc. (Shareware)

WinISO is an image file utility program that enables users to edit ISO and BIN images, as well as burn them onto a disk. Users can also create image files from CDs, DVDs, and Blu-Ray discs. Apart from ISO and BIN, other file formats supported include CCD, MDS, and NRG. Conversion of files to other formats is possible, too. There are several options when editing an ISO file. Users can extract files, add, rename, or delete content from original image files.

Apart from editing and burning capabilities, WinISO is also has a virtual drive feature. An ISO image can be mounted on the virtual drive so that the application can run on the computer, even without the presence of the physical disc inside the disc drive.

WinISO’s interface provides icons for all the essential tools needed including Open File, New File, Save, Add Files, Extract, Make, Convert, Burn, and Mount. There is also a bar at the bottom of the window to see how much space is still available on the disc inserted in the drive.

Other features of the software include the following:
• Backup CDs, DVDs, and Blu-Ray discs from the driver
• On the fly burning
• Conversion of other formats to standard ISO formats
• Save bootable information to .img or .bif file
