Designed by LLC SysDev Laboratories, the UFS Explorer Standard Recovery and Raise Data Recovery are programs used for two primary functions: data access and file recovery. Raise Data Recovery is the special edition release of the UFS Explorer Standard Recovery. The two programs are initially developed for single file systems, but many file systems are supported and recognized by the program UFS Explorer Standard Recovery. Access or recovery of data may only work for particular file systems, depending on which they belong. One example of how UFS Explorer Standard Recovery / Raise Data Recovery can only work for a specific file system is when used for NTFS. This is a file system of a particular Windows operating system, which is Windows NT. When installing the application, users must make sure they select the appropriate version for their computer.
UFS Explorer Standard Recovery / Raise Data Recovery have utility tools included. Among those functionalities are search, compare, data interpretation, and data modification.
Some additional features of UFS Explorer Standard Recovery / Raise Data Recovery are the following:
Handles various data types, which include files, virtual disks, storage devices, and portal devices
Supports certain storage specific file formats, i.e. disk partitions, and virtual disk control structure
