Stronghold Kingdoms

Stronghold Kingdoms, abbreviated to SHK, is a multi-player real-time strategy game that was first released in 2009. The game is based on the Stronghold series of video games. In the game, players must manage the construction of kingdoms and its different sectors including politics, economics, military, and architecture.

The game begins with the player being alone in a village. The player must establish relationships with the parish members to climb up the ranks and be a steward of the village. Communicating with the neighbors is also a big part of the game play. Research must be done in order to gather resources for the kingdom. Some of the resources needed are food, stone, wood, and weapons for defeating enemies. Other features of Stronghold Kingdoms are listed below:

• Players can create a faction or join an existing faction
• Finish quests to gain rewards
• Become a king, steward, or sheriff in the kingdom
• Build a castle that will withstand enemy armies
• Obtain strategy cards to help improve the kingdom

Stronghold Kingdoms also comes with a Coat of Arms designer. This tool is for customizing shields. The designer comes with more than 200 shield symbols and more than 30 colors.
