Resident Evil 4 HD is a remastered version of the third-person action game, Resident Evil 4 that features high-definition graphics. Its development began in March of 2011 by Capcom, and was intended to be part of the Resident Evil: Revival Selection for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. It was finally released in September 20, 2011 and published also by Capcom. As the most high-resolution version of Resident Evil 4, the visuals are best viewed at 480p. As a result, players have to pay extra attention to the surroundings because there are multiple traps on the ground and concealed among the grass in the forest.
The story of Resident Evil 4 HD revolves around Leon S. Kennedy, whose mission it is to rescue the President’s daughter and hurdle Lord Sadler’s attempts at stopping him from accomplishing that task. One of the numerous challenges in this game is being able to keep Ashley, his female companion alive all throughout the mission. A notable addition to Resident Evil 4 HD is ‘Separate Ways’, a mission that features the appearance of the character, Ada. The difference in the graphic quality of this game can be seen through the smoother edges of the objects and improved color saturation as well.
