Re-Enable v2 2.0.1

TangoSoft (Freeware)

Re-Enable is a system utility program developed by TangoSoft. This application is particularly used for repairing the damages caused by malwares. It does this by re-enabling critical Windows functions such as the command console (command prompt), task manager, and regedit. The program is available in three editions – Lite, Portable, and Standard.

Re-Enable can work on the following Windows functions:

• Restoring the F8 function
• Regedit, Command Console, Run Command
• Task Manager, Task Scheduler, Right Click Context Menu
• Windows Explorer Search, My Computer Properties, MS Config
• Folder Options, Start Menu Search, Edit hosts files

Aside from these, the program is also capable of resetting the attributes of files and fodlers. IT can also restore the Explorer registry key, and scan/delete the Autorun.inf files.

The program’s interface is clear-cut. After launching the program, it displays all the available options that can be re-enabled by the program. There is also the Check/UnCheck All button for selecting or unselecting all of the options. For other functions provided by the program, there is a Tools menu found in the interface. These menu offers a one-click solution to common Windows problems. Re-Enable also provides a built-in Local Group Policy Editor. This is the console for Microsoft Management that provides an interface for managing the objects found in the Local Group Policy.
