Privatefirewall 7.0 is a personal firewall and host intrusion prevention software for Windows desktops and servers. A firewall is like a traffic enforcer. It checks everything that happens on the network and checks whether the data packets coming in should be allowed in. In this way, a firewall makes the network secure. This software integrates a number of protection methods, which can be customized in different set-ups.

The protection methods include an application manager, desktop firewall, a process monitor, tracking filtering, and port tracking.
