Kigosoft  PhotoCardMaker is a free application used in creating cards for various occasions such as Valentine’s Day, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, and other holidays and special events. It enables users to turn their images into different outputs which include holiday cards, Christmas cards, announcements, and invitations. Professional looking preset templates are provided for quick card creation. Photo card outputs may be printed out, saved in computer folders, or sent to others via email.

The program’s interface is basic and can be easily used by any type of computer user. Icons located at the top of the interface denote program functions. Users first have to specify the photo to be used for a certain project. Next, users add text and perform other modifications to the photo. The last step entails the user to simply click on the “Save” button. The program’s numerous templates are categorized based on different occasions such as Seasonal, Christmas, General, Sport, Cartoon, Travel, and Holiday templates, among others. Users can select and customize font color, size, and kind. Text comments can also be incorporated and modified in a project. Additional templates may be downloaded online via the program website. Images can be rotated and resized to fit spaces found in the card. A Help file is also provided for users.
