Paint Shop Pro X2 is a raster and vector graphics editing software developed by Corel in September of 2007. It is a program designed specifically for both photographers and graphic artists alike. Paint Shop Pro X2 allows users to create raster image and vector image compositions using drawing tools and various techniques. It also allows users to edit and enhance images. Beginners would also like the one-click editing functions like the Smart Photo Fix and the One Step Noise Removal function. Paint Shop Pro X2 also supports Camera RAW image formats.

Paint Shop Pro X2 features a graphite workspace theme. Paint Shop Pro X2 interface features a tabbed workspace, which allows users to switch between photos while editing. This software also features enhanced Manage, Edit, and Adjust modes, which would give users more options in enhancing their photos or image creations. Paint Shop Pro X2 also features a Library organizer that can be viewed as a palette tool or image browser tab. Tool selectors, layer windows, and palettes are individual workspace components, which can be moved around the workspace using Drag and Drop. Paint Shop Pro X2 also features Express Lab, which allows users to edit images by large batches, applying enhancements and effects on the whole selection. The Paint Shop Pro X2 also features a Learning Center that offers contextual help regarding the different elements of the interface.
