The single player mode offers different configurable races and modes such as Quick Event, Time Attack and Tournament. Players can play to up to 12 AI opponents. The multiplayer mode can be played to up to 12 other players where they can compete against each other in different types of races. After each race, the player gets to earn points that will determine their position on the leader boards. Vehicles available in Nail’d can be customized. New components can be used but some of them are locked. These components can be unlocked using the player’s earned points or according to the player’s performance.

The game offers up to 14 tracks, which are all based on real-life places like the Yosemite Park. These terrains are specifically designed to reveal the game’s arcade theme. Nail’d also offers head to head action allowing players to knock other opponents from their vehicles.
