Mystic Gateways: The Celestial Quest

Mystic Gateways, subtitled The Celestial Quest, is a point-and-click game that takes players on an adventure across the globe. In the game, players follow the main character, Edwin, as he travels to different locations around the world in search for members of the Shadow Vanguard. The five locations that players can go to are Easter Island, Crimea, Brazil, and Egypt. The game has two modes – Normal and Advanced. In normal mode, the hint button recharges quicker and tips are given more frequently to the player. In advanced mode, tips are rarely given. Additionally, the hint button takes longer to recharge.

The player also has tool belt that can be found at the right upper corner of the game screen. The belt has tools, such as a shovel, a brush, and one hammer. These items will be used throughout the entire game, as the player is immersed in different situations. There is also a diary located at the lower right part of the game window. The diary sparkles whenever a new entry is added. Players must read the entry immediately in order to learn more about the storyline. Mystic Gateways: The Celestial Quest features different types of challenging puzzles that provide hours of gameplay.
