Mobile Phone Tools is an application that allows users to manage and synchronize their Motorola mobile phones with a computer. The program is compatible with Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, and Lotus Notes. With the program, users can synchronize contacts, calendar appointments, and other notes. The software can also be used to keep a backup of the phone data for easy migration to a new mobile phone. Mobile Phone Tools enables users to view the contents of the phone and Outlook side by side to see the differences.
The program also comes with a multimedia studio that comes with the Melody Studio, Image Studio, and MMS Studio.
• Melody Studio – The Melody Studio is used for transferring audio files to the mobile phone to use as a ringtone or message alert tone. It supports MP3, MIDI, and WAV file formats.
• Image Studio – The Image Studio allows users to create wallpapers and screensavers to use for the phone. The images can also be edited (crop, border, overlay, etc) before they are transferred to the mobile device.
• MMS Studio – The MMS Studio allows users to create slideshows using pictures taken with the mobile phone. Sounds and GIF animations can also be added to the slideshow.
