Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light

Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light is an action adventure video game that was first released in 2010. In the game, players assume the role of Lara Croft or Totec, a Mayan warrior. These characters have their own unique abilities and skills. The characters’ goal in the game is to stop Xolotl, and evil spirit, from getting the Mirror of Smoke. Lara Croft has several weapons including a grappling hook, and dual pistols. Totec uses spears and bombs. In single-player mode, the player can only control Lara Croft. However, another player can join in on the game and control Totec. The second player can join the game from locally or from the Internet. In the single-player campaign, Lara Croft is the only controllable character and is provided with additional items and skills to make it through the game alone.

Players can unlock trophies and achievements when the game is played in the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. These trophies are awarded whenever the player completes a goal. Some of the achievements are for killing three enemies with a bomb, collecting 10 red skulls in one level, completing a reward challenge, earning the top score in a level, and for vanquishing Xolotl.
