ISO Image Burner is a tool used for burning ISO images to CD and DVD discs. It supports CD-R, DVD-R, CD-RW, HD DVD, and Blu-ray discs. The program provides users with plenty of burning options, too. The software has a simple interface where users can input the settings before starting the burning process. To burn an ISO disc, select the ISO image file from the computer. Choose the CD-R/RW driver from the list, and then choose the writing speed. A box on the main window consists of a list of options, such as test write, finalize disc, import session, cache size, and more. The burning progress and status can be found at the bottom part of the main window.
Here are some of the burning options provided by the ISO Image Burner program:
• Test write – This burning option tests the computer’s performance by simulating the burning process without using a disc.
• Boot image – This option allows the user to include a boot image to burn on the bootable CD, DVD, or Blu-ray disc.
• Import session – The program can be used to burn a multi-session disc up until the maximum capacity of the disc is filled.
• Finalize disc – The application finalizes the media after the burning process.
