Instant DVD Recorder

Instant DVD Recorder is a DVD creation program developed by Pinnacle Systems. It allows users to burn movies straight to a DVD disk. Just connect the video source to the computer and the program can immediately burn the desired movies to a DVD disk. It supports different video sources including TV cards, DV camcorders, and analog video sources.

The program can be used in several ways. Users may choose to utilize the Direct-to-Disc wizard, which guides users through the entire DVD burning process. When using this wizard, the user can access the individual settings and parameters in an understandable manner. For advanced options, users can go through all the required settings straight from a single window. There is also a one-button process that allows users to burn a movie automatically via a single click. Both the Direct-Disc wizard and Advanced Mode offer configuration options such as choosing a menu or chapter styles.

Aside from burning movies, users may also perform certain video editing functions. The program is capable of adding DVD menus and DVD titles. Rearranging the footage’s order to be burned is possible as well. Editing the videos can be done via the SmartMovie wizard. Like the Direct-to-Disc wizard, the SmartMovie wizard assists users in the entire process of adding features to the videos.
