iCD CoolBeLa is a standalone software designed for creating compact disk (CD) labels. It is also capable of creating duplicate labels, and includes a selection of more than 500 CD vector pictures or clip art images. The multi-lingual and intuitive interface supports all tasks related to CD label design. It has an attached central PC which includes Illustrator, Pagemaker, Photoshop, and Quarkpress.
To create a label with iCD CoolBela, the user can click on the “New” icon on the main interface. Then the user can click on “Open” to select from the list of templates available. Texts can be inserted through the “Insert New Text” icon, and via the text editing windows. Fonts and font sizes to be used can be specified by users. Pictures can also be incorporated to the label by exporting a certain image from the clipboard, and pasting it on the main window. Images can be inserted through the insert image dialog box, browsing the file directory path, and selecting the image to be used. If the user encounters an error like “Runtime Error 76” while inputting images onto the CD label, this means that the current version installed does not support the process, and the solution is to uninstall the current version and install the latest one.
