Alarm for Cobra 11: Highway Nights is a video game developed by Synetic Games and released in November 2009. This video game is based on the German Television series, Alarm fur Cobra 11 – Die Autobahnpolizei (Alarm for Cobra 11 – The Motorway Police), which tells the story of two undercover policemen in Germany. Alarm for Cobra 11: Highway Nights is an action, racing video game where players take control of vehicles using real-time driving skills in order to outrace other opponents towards the finish line. This video game features different vehicles that can be unlocked by defeating opponents or winning challenge races. These vehicles are based from real-life counterparts and include the BMW 3 E90, Dodge Challenger, Mercedes-Benz C-Class, Porsche 997, Dodge Ram, Aston Martin DBS V12, Aston Martin DBR9, Lamborghini Gallardo, and Audi R8. Players are provided basic vehicle controls such as steering, brakes, as well as gear shifting.

Alarm for Cobra 11: Highway Nights follows the story of two undercover cops named Semir Gerkhan and Ben Jager in their mission to infiltrate and investigate terrorist activity in a city modeled after Berlin and its Autobahns (highways). This video game contains more than 70 missions set in an urban area made up of 32 square kilometers and more than 200 kilometers of streets. Alarm for Cobra 11: Highway Nights also features 47 vehicles in total and animated cut scenes featuring high-speed car chases and explosive crashes.
