Grabrilla 1.0

Grabrilla is a game in the brick-breaker genre. In this game, players control a coconut-tossing gorilla to break the bricks overhead. The game is set in a jungle, and players are tasked to clear it of the stone slabs that are blocking the sky. At the beginning of each level, the player’s gorilla is given one coconut. Players have to click the left mouse button to make the gorilla toss the coconut upwards to the stone slabs. When the coconut bounces back down, players have to move the gorilla to catch the coconut and toss it back up again. Players can move the gorilla in a horizontal direction by moving the mouse left or right.

As the coconut breaks the stone slabs, it also speeds up, adding to the game’s difficulty. When a player misses catching the coconut, he or she loses a life. Players are only given three attempts to win the game. To help players along, the game comes with special power-ups that may split coconuts in two or three, so that players can break bricks much faster. Players must keep at least one coconut in play to avoid losing a life. When all of the stone slabs are destroyed, players advance to the next level. As the player progresses through the game, the levels increase in difficulty.
