Mediamond Tmi (Shareware)

Deluxe Ski Jump 4 is a 3D sky jumping simulation game developed by Mediamond Tmi. It was initially released in July 4, 1999. In this game, the player controls all the movements of the ski jumper using mouse controls. The goal is to impress the judges by performing three major steps. The first is to perform a powerful and well-timed takeoff. The second step is to find the best aerodynamic flight angles and finally, make a smooth landing. All the movements generated by the player are accurately simulated based on real-world physics.

The game offers both offline and online game types. There are three game modes in the offline game – World Cup, Practice and Team Cup modes. The Practice mode allows the player to train ski jumping from various start gates and wind conditions. After practicing, players can then start playing in World Cup and Team Cup modes. Players may also choose to play against CPU players. The skill levels of the CPU opponents can be adjusted. The online game allows the player to play against other players from around the world. Players have the option to compete in the team cup events, non-stop world cup events and in weekly tournaments. There’s also a monthly marathon tournaments that players can participate in. There are several hills available in the game. This includes Bad Mitterndorf HS200, Val di Fiemme HS106, Lillehammer HS138, Planica HS215, Zakopane HS94 and more.
