BSPlayer is a media player that is capable of playing a wide range of files including WAV, MP4, MP3, OGG, MPEG, and many more. The program is capable of playing HD, DVD, and AVCHD movies but it does not use up system resources. Another feature of the program is the ability to play videos straight from YouTube and save the video to the local system. The player has several built-in codecs but it also checks the computer for other codecs and prompts installation if there are missing codecs.
Aside from playing multimedia content, BSPlayer is also a multimedia manager. Users can easily create playlists from their library using the BS Media Library module that is built-in with the program. This makes playing files easier. The playlists can be imported from BST and M3U records. These lists can be edited, too. With the BSPlayer, users can capture screenshots from videos and save them as JPEG or BMP files.
