Such files may be converted to extensions which include 3GP, VCD, AVI, iPod MP4, ASF, WMV, PSP MP4, DVD, SVCD, MPEG-2, and MPEG-1. Good sound and image qualities are maintained in outputs.
The program’s interface is simple. It consists of a basic window containing a limited number of options. The program comes with a user guide equipped with snapshots to assist users in utilizing program functions. Import of media files into the program queue list may be done through a drag and drop facility, or via the program file browser. Information about a certain file may be viewed on the program queue list. Such information includes output and source directories, file output format, and file status. Users first have to designate the file extension and location before the program can convert a file through the “Convert” command button. Processing a number of files can also be done with the program’s batch conversion feature. The complete queue list or an item from it can be cleared. Video and audio settings which can be modified include frequency rate (sample), codec, frame rate, and bit rate, to name a few. Other video and audio options, and default output format and folder can all be specified in the “Options” tab. Small to moderate system resources are used in running the program.
