Developed by Essex Software LLC, Batch PDF Merger is a simple to use utility that lets users merge any and all PDFs into one large PDF file. It is multi-platform, therefore it is available for Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X. Its interface is very straightforward, making it easy for any type of user to use it, whether they are novice, intermediate, or advanced users. Merging PDFs in Batch PDF Merger is easily done in just a few clicks. The main features of the program are, of course, large-batch merging of PDF files, and allowing the user to customize the order of their merged PDFs.
The interface of Batch PDF Merger is extremely easy to use and understand. The developers have made the program easy to use, even for novice users, because almost all types of PC users encounter PDFs and use them on a day-to-day basis. PDF merging is done in a simple 3 step process, first, the user opens the folder containing the PDFs that they wish to merge. Once done, the user then simply drags and drops the selected PDF files into the center box on the main window of the program.
The program then imports these files and allows the user to reorder them in the way they desire. If the user has made a mistake, the “Delete Item” button is easy enough to find on the lower right hand corner of the dialog box. Once the user is satisfied with the order and contents, they simply click “Merge” and the process is now complete.
