ArcSoft Connect is a product management program developed by ArcSoft Inc. It is designed to work with ArcSoft applications and allowing users to manage and update ArcSoft applications. This program will automatically be launched when running ArcSoft products. The tray icon for this program will be shown in the system tray.
The application has an Information Center that shows product instructions and the latest service and product information. Users will receive a message about the latest news on products, promotions, and special offers from ArcSoft Company. This program can also be used to check and install updates/patches. Available updates will also be displayed in the Information Center of the program. Users can also check for updates manually by clicking the “Check for Update option. Language can also be set in the program’s Language Preference section. A Text Size section is also available for setting up UI resolution for ArcSoft products.
Users can also personalize ArcSoft product with the user’s full name typed in. However, customizing the product can only be done once in the program’s Personalize section. Aside from checking updates, Arcsoft Connect can also be used for registering ArcSoft products. The ArcSoft Information Center will display a message asking the user to register. Users have the option to register direction from the program or through the displayed message.
