This tool backs up messages, contacts, calendars, and other data stored in the user’s mobile device. The main purpose of this tool is to open IPD files and access all the data stored inside the packages. IPD is the default file format used by BlackBerry.

ABC Amber BlackBerry Converter has a user-friendly interface that allows the users to view and open backup files such as messages, contacts, calendars, tasks, and call history. The main window contains all the information arranged in different tabs allowing the users to easily access each backup file. Users are also provided with an options menu where the users can customize their conversion parameters for the messages or database, organize the file export settings, and arrange the way their contacts are displayed.

Aside from converting messages and contacts from IPD BlackBerry backup files, ABC Amber BlackBerry Converter also allows the users to save the converted content into any format such as DOC, PDF, TXT, HTML, and RTF. Users will simply need to open and select the file, choose the desired file format, and select the “Save As” button to start converting. This application produces contents with bookmarks and hyperlinks.
