Written Legends: Nightmare at Sea

Nightmare at Sea is a mystery hidden object game that is part of the Written Legends series of games. This title was first released in 2011. In the game, the player assumes the role of an unnamed hero. The ship that the hero is travelling on is shipwrecked and sinks at the bottom of the ocean. The player gets to escape the wreckage. However, the hero soon learns that he is no longer a living person, but just a soul. The hero explores the depths of the sea and stumbles upon a town that is run by the legendary pirate Davy Jones.

In the game, players have to visit different locations in the undersea town in order to look for items that are listed at the bottom of the window. Items will be crossed out from the list once they have been found in the scene. Aside from hidden object scenes, there are also other mini games that the user will encounter.
