Umile Encoder is a video conversion tool developed by Technonia, Inc. The program enables users to convert video files and audio files from one file format to another. Supported video files include MPEG-1, MPEG-4, WMV, MP4V, FLV, and XviD, among several. Supported audio file formats include AAC, MP3, AC3, and MP2. The program also recognizes subtitles in the following formats: ASS, SRT, and SUB. Converted video files are capable of playback in most mobile devices including mobile phones, game consoles, tablets, and Android-powered devices.  

Umile Encoder features a gray graphical user interface. The menu has three main buttons: File, Settings, and Help. The conversion process features three steps including adding the files, choosing a profile, and starting the conversion. The window has two main parts. The left panel displays the video files to be converted, while the right panel shows a preview window that plays back the video during conversion. This panel also shows the conversion profile selected by the user.

Umile Encoder Settings Dialog box features a tabbed interface. Users can access the settings for the Profile, Screen, and Subtitle. Users may also configure Advanced Settings and General Settings.  Profile settings enable users to change both the video and audio settings. Advanced Settings allow users to configure Multiple File Encoding, GPU, Playing speed, and Audio amplification. Screen Settings enable users to change the color settings and apply crop and zoom effects. Subtitle settings allow users to change the subtitle font, font size, and character set.
