TV Movie Clickfinder is a tool that can be used by TV viewers to access their favorite TV programs from the Web. The programs are made available to users even when offline. Users can add programs to their favorites list as well. With this utility, they can look for replays and all put the shows together for a customized TV viewing experience.
This tool has a Premium edition that presents subscribers with a two-week advance notice on TV programs from 93 television stations from Germany. The free version of the program provides access to the top eight television channels in Germany, namely VOX, RTL, ARD, Pro7, ZDF, SAT1, RTL2, as well as cable. The programs are presented without advertising campaigns. The Premium version of this utility also comes with a function that allows users to automatically record their favorite shows on the computer via a TV card.
TV Movie Clickfinder provides users with relevant information on TV programming including TV Movie Tips and Tooltips. When the user is online the description of the program as well as some scene photos are provided. TV Movie Clickfinder also has advanced search features which user can activate so that the program searches for specific TV programs for the coming week using target keywords. The TV program info (dates, notices) may be exported for viewing on a PDA using Outlook.
