InstantPhotoSketch 2.0

Victor Zaguskin (Freeware)

InstantPhotoSketch is a program used for converting photos into images that look like they were created by sketching. The program supports a wide variety of file formats including GIF, TIFF, BMP, JPG, and PNG. The program has a straightforward interface, which makes it easy to use even for those who are not computer savvy. Once a file has been imported to the program, the photo will appear on the work area, which takes up majority of the main window. Users can then move the sliders beside black level and white level to change the colors on the sketch. The output image can either be colored or black and white. Changes on the image can be seen in real time so users can immediately see the changes while moving sliders. Output images can only be saved in PNG or JPG format.

When working on an image, users can drag the edges of the window in order to make the work area and the image bigger. This enables users to clearly see the details when the image has been converted into a pencil sketch. The program also comes with a help file that contains a guide on how to use the application.
