Hidden Expedition: Amazon ™ 1.0

Hidden Expedition: Amazon is a hidden object game in the Hidden Expedition series of games. In the game, players are tasked to find a professor. Players must travel to different locations, such as New York, Esmeraldas, and to the Amazon rainforest. Players are only given parts of the professor’s journal and a dilapidated map.

In each location, players must find items that are listed on the bottom part of the game window. Items are removed from the list once they have been found. A few of these items can be placed in the inventory to be used for the game later on. There is also an inventory and map tab that users can switch to. Players are also given hints that can be used when items cannot be found. There are also instances where players are tasked to find several pieces of the same item. Players have the freedom to take their time while looking for the items in each level. Clicking the mouse several times without finding an item will make the cursor disappear. Aside from the hidden object aspect of the game, players are also presented with other mini games, such as puzzles. Hidden Expedition: Amazon only has one game mode.
