Beyond Sync is a synchronization program for synchronizing files in different locations, such as hard drives, folders in the network, or in different computers. It offers two graphical user interfaces – one for basic users and one for advanced users. In addition to synchronizing, the application can also be used for comparing contents of two different volumes. It also has a scheduling feature, allowing users to set a specific time when files will be synchronized.

Beyond Sync’s main interface is divided into two sections. The upper part is where users can view all the pending tasks, while the bottom part of the window is where users can view real time synchronization and the program log. Under the options window, users can change the general settings, options for the interface, language, schedule service, as well as other variables. Under the Advanced Settings window, users can set the synchronization schedule. There are different options namely daily, minute intervals, weekly, monthly, or just one time.
