Tipard DVD Creator is a multimedia application that allows users to create DVDs. The program supports a wide range of video file formats including AVI, MP4, MOV, MKV, FLV, and many others. It also comes with a DVD creator that allows novice computer users to make use of the application. The built-in player can be used to preview the video files to see the final output of the video. Additionally, users can add background music to accompany the video. With the Tipard DVD Creator, users can create professional-looking DVD menus from several templates that come with the application. Users are free to personalize the templates by adding images and music.

The program’s interface is simple and intuitive. The command buttons are placed on the top portion of the window. All the video files included in the DVD are seen on the left window with information including the file name, length, file size, and the location of the video in the hard drive. The preview player is located at the right side of the main window. Users can check DVD information on the bottom part of the window. Information displayed includes the capacity of the disc, the label, type of DVD, number of copies, writing speed, and the destination of the file.
