Jewel Quest Mysteries - Curse of the Emerald Tear

Jewel Quest Mysteries - Curse of the Emerald Tear is a hidden object puzzle adventure game developed by iWin and released on October 2008. It follows the adventures of two archaeologists, Rupert and Emma, on their search for a magic emerald believed to cure all ills and to be the source of Tutankhamen’s and Alexander the Great’s power. It features numerous hidden object puzzles where players can look for various objects and colored gems along the way. Other levels feature a Match-3 type of game, requiring the player to match 3 colored gems in a row to eliminate them from the board. This game may be played in timed mode or in extended time mode without a time limit.  This game features 18 hidden object backdrops. This game may be played in full screen mode or in window mode.

Jewel Quest Mysteries - Curse of the Emerald Tear features a user interface with a left panel showing the list of hidden objects to look for in that particular level. The left panel shows the current score on the lower portion. Users can also access the Journal and the game Map to check other locations. When not in hidden object game mode, the left panel shows directions to follow for the Match-3 game. The left panel still shows the current game score even in Match-3 game mode.
