Efficient Password Manager is an application for keeping passwords and log-in information in just one location. It stores passwords for email accounts, online banking accounts, instant messaging accounts, and other online accounts. The program’s main window is similar to that of Outlook’s main interface. The menu bar and the command buttons are located at the upper portion of the window, while the lower portion is dedication to the display of account information. The left pane shows the different sections where users can manage passwords and add URLs of websites that are often visited. There is also a search section where users can find specific passwords for accounts.

For each website, users can add more information, such as the title of the site, version, registration code, username, and comments. An additional feature is the password generator, which gives the user a password combination that is hard to crack. All passwords and personal information stored in the application is secured with advanced encryption.
