NVIDIA nTune

NVIDIA (Freeware)

NVIDIA nTune is an application that monitors the system’s components. The program was first released in 2007. The program allows users to control the computer’s temperature and voltages on the software’s window instead of accessing the BIOS (Basic Input/Output System). One of the software’s features is automatic adjustments of computer settings. It performs tests on the computer and chooses the settings that it finds the most optimal for the hardware on the computer. This includes the GPU, MCP, RAM, and CPU settings.

Some of the supported products for advanced motherboard monitoring features are the following:
nForce2 and nForce2 400
nForce3 150 and nForce 3 PRO 150
nForce3 250, nForce 3 250 Gb, and nForce 3 PRO 250
nForce590 SLI, nForce 570 SLI, nForce 570 Ultra, nForce 550
nForce 680a SLI, nForce 650i SLI/650i Ultra

The NVIDIA nTune program also allows users to save system configurations. This is useful when the computer is used for different purposes, such as gaming, surfing the Internet, watching movies, editing videos, and many more. The user can change configurations to ensure maximum computer performance while doing a specific activity. Previous versions of the application must be uninstalled from the computer before installing the latest version of the program.
