Pro Evolution Soccer 2011

Konami Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. (Proprietary)

Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 is a football game first released on October 20, 2010 in Europe and October 23, 2010 in North America. It is the 10th installment in the Pro Evolution Soccer series. The game includes UEFA Europa League and UEFA Champions. It is also the first installment to include licensed CONMEBOL’s Copa Libertadores and UEFA Super Cup.

PES 2011 features the same gameplay and modes as with the other installments. The game allows players to control every through-ball, pass, throw-in, and shot of the ball with its 360-degree passing ratio. However, ball movement also considers the weight of the ball caused by different conditions (e.g. wet conditions). Player’s movements are affected by several factors as well. For instance, sprinting constantly can negatively affect the player’s movement. This can also affect the overall stat. Defender AIs have also undergone some changes. Instead of just chasing any ball, the defenders naturally hold position and close down their attackers. Aside from defenders, goalkeepers have also been revamped giving players more control for quick saves, rollouts, and accuracy. Aside from this, PES 2011 also changed its stadium editor enabling players to build their own stadiums. It offers preset seat colors, built structures, turf styles, and others.

Other changes made in PES 2011 include:

• New challenges for Master League Online
• Additional Feint settings
• New tactical and strategy
• Players can create stadiums, teams, and full leagues
