Able2Extract 8.0

Able2Extract is a PDF converter that is capable of converting PDF documents to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCad, and Publisher files. It can also convert PDF files to images and open source formats. It supports JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, and TIFF. Users can choose to select a portion of the PDF file to be converted, or choose to convert the entire document. It makes use of advanced technology to retain the formatting and fonts used in the original file. This ensures that all converted files are accurate.

The application has a simple interface. All the command buttons are placed at the top portion of the window. Each button is named so that users can easily see their functions. All the file types that the program can convert are also displayed on the main window. Able2Extract supports batch conversion, which makes it quicker to work with several files. Thumbnails of the document are displayed at the left pane on the main window, and the selected page is displayed on the work area. Under the Options window, users can tweak the general settings, as well as the Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Conversion Parameters. Some of the settings include the page margins, graphics and image management, and the formatting.
