DriverCure is a program that scans the system for drivers that may be outdated. It optimizes the computer by performing a scan to see if the all the software and hardware drivers are up to date. After the scan, users can view the detailed results for each items detected. Users can then choose which drivers to update from the list. Downloading the updates for the drivers can be done directly from the main window of the application. DriverCure is a simple application that provides step by step instructions for updating drivers. Most of the tasks that can be done with the application are automated so there is less user interaction.

A list of all the updates made to the system can be viewed on the history page. One of the features of the application is automatically creating a restore point before any changes are made to the system. This allows the user to restore the computer to a working state if something goes wrong after installing a driver. DriverCure’s driver database is regularly updated with a list of the newest software and hardware drivers.

By default, the application runs a scan of the system twice a week. This schedule can be configured according to the user’s preferences.
