Web Page Maker is a web page creator that allows users who do not have knowledge in HTML to create and edit web pages. The application comes with a set of free templates. It has a drag and drop feature that makes it easy to edit the layout and add contents to the pages. The program also comes with navigation bars that can be applied to the web page layout. Other tools included in the Web Page Maker program include an image library, a color picker, and a FTP (File Transfer Protocol) client.

Web pages that are already created can be edited with the program. Objects can easily be dragged and dropped to the layout. A preview of the web page can also be viewed online in just one click.
