ImTOO Video Converter Ultimate is a multimedia conversion tool developed and released by ImTOO in November 2011. ImTOO Video Converter Ultimate allows users to convert video and audio files to be optimized for mobile devices like iPad, iPhone, PSP, and Blackberry. It also converts files for playing on game consoles like Xbox 360, Wii and NDS. ImTOO Video Converter Ultimate supports several video file formats including AVI, MP4, 3GP, MKV, and FLV. It also supports audio files like WMA, MP3, and M4A. This program also supports HD video decoding and encoding as well as conversion of 2D videos to 3D videos. ImTOO Video Converter Ultimate also features multimedia merging of videos and pictures into one video complete with transitions and special effects. Users may also add watermarks and subtitles to the video. ImTOO Video Converter Ultimate also supports simultaneous multiple conversions.

ImTOO Video Converter Ultimate user interface features a conversion window, a toolbar at the top and a right hand panel. The toolbar shows the commonly used buttons like Cut, Merge, 3D, Effects, and Transitions. There is also three buttons for Convert, Pause, and Stop. Conversion window shows the video and picture for merge and conversion including information regarding duration, profile and output size. The right hand panel shows customization options including Video Size, Video Quality, and Audio Quality. There is also a Preview panel at the lower right hand side to preview the files before conversion.
