Users can also use this program to configure compression actions such as adding and replacing files, compression methods that allows users to deflate archive files, as well as the compression level. Users may choose between a fast compression process that yields a large file size (low compression) or a file with low file size but with a longer compression process (high compression). In addition to these, PowerArchiver 2010 allows users to create a favorites list, copy, move, rename, and delete a file archive, search for file contents, change the program appearance, initiate a virus scan, check the archive integrity, place comments, repair ZIP files, and switch to batch mode.
